Android in Mirrors

Well, I though I saw it all until now. Android system in your rear-view mirror? If the product is a hit, release date for a production version is sometime in 2013. Isn't cell phone use banned in cars now? I think it is another way to cause wrecks, especially rear-ending someone when your attention is directed towards your rear-view mirror. Cool idea, just not the right place or for me. Video in the link.
